Jeff Schlicht, CEO
As the founder of Auctiva, a frequent auction poster, and the creator of Auctiva Poster auction software, Jeff has gained considerable insight into the needs of online auction sellers. An avid auction seller, Jeff created Auctiva Poster to automate the time-consuming process of selling his products (lumps of coal from the Titanic!) on eBay. Prior to founding Auctiva, Jeff spent eight years in software development, including architecting and developing supply chain planning software for PeopleSoft. He received his BS in Computer Science from California State University, Chico.

Bill Belcamino, Chief Operating Officer
Bill brings almost nine years of industry experience, leadership and project management expertise to the Auctiva Management Team. Prior to his employment at Auctiva, he has worked at Hewlett-Packard and Verifone. His many roles included: Project Manager, Electrical Design Engineer and Product Engineer. He received his BS in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Chico.

Kevin Kinell, VP Engineering
Kevin was one of the original programmers at Auctiva and has had input on nearly every project that Auctiva currently offers. While still being an active programmer for both old and new Auctiva features, Kevin also oversees the hiring and management of new employees and leads the design process for new Auctiva projects. Kevin graduated from California State University Chico with a BS in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Business.
